At Free Bikes 4 Kidz (FB4K), we believe that every child deserves the joy, freedom, and confidence that comes from riding a bike — and that journey often starts earlier than you might think. Through a valued partnership with Strider Bikes, thousands of toddlers across the country are taking their very first rides on two wheels.
Strider’s balance bikes are specially designed to help young children, even as young as 18 months, learn the fundamentals of balance and coordination — skills that make the transition to pedal bikes smooth and fun. Thanks to generous donations from Strider and the support of local FB4K chapters, these lightweight, easy-to-use bikes are now reaching children who might otherwise never have the chance to ride.
Through community partnerships, donation drives, and volunteer-powered refurbishing events, FB4K has distributed tens of thousands of bikes to children in need — including thousands of Strider bikes to toddlers just starting their cycling adventure. Each bike represents more than just mobility; it’s a pathway to health, confidence, and independence.
